Basement Flooded in West Orange, Essex County New Jersey

Called from West Orange, Essex County New Jersey when the pit in her basement filled with water & flooded her entire downstairs because the previous owners had not put a sump pump there for whatever reason. Sometimes it never gets any water, but with overdevelopment, heavy rains & climate change, I’m seeing basements that have been dry for many years are now getting water.
